Every Last Weekend Of The Month

What is it? You run 10km and complete 10 exercises along the way every 1km - anywhere you want and any time you want. You can run it, walk it or crawl!

All exercises will simulate an Obstacle Race and get you ready for the start line. A great way to spice up your weekly run! Screenshot your run from your phone or take a pic of your watch and upload to our Facebook group!

It’s completely free to enter though you won’t get real medal but a virtual medal instead!

May Challenge

55 Squats - this is simple. We recognise it’s hard to remember all the exercises so we’re making it simple!

You run one km and then perform 10 squats, then the next km 9 squats, then 8 squats after your last km all the way down to zero! So it will a) get easier and b) you won’t forget!
