A weekend of fitness sessions, workshops, camping, all food and entertainment. We take over a camp site and turn it into our own whilst you workout together to the music in the Field of Dreams. Burning calories has never been so much fun!

Functional Fit Zone
This area focuses on using your bodyweight and build overall strength with tyre flipping, battle ropes, slam balls and all the fun stuff!
Workouts will include: CrossFit, Circuits, TRX and Kettlebells
New for this year more exciting workouts with Martial Arts inspired and Kickboxing sessions to give you that kick! Workouts such as Kickboxing, Boxercise & Combat HITT.
Learn Bear Grylls style survival tips from Roots Adventure guru Matt. In these sessions you will build and sale a raft, learn special knots and play survival games. Remember there’s no ‘I’ in team!
The BigFoot Rope Clinic
Do you struggle with rope climbing? Let Tony Campbell our expert instructor show you how it’s done and get you climbing that rope by the end of your session.
Run across the lake on our Takeshi Style steps or just take a dip to cool those muscles!
We’re thrilled to have Superhuman Events running a zone. On Sunday they’ll be running a mini Superhuman games for pairs and teams.
Your Weekend Host – Richard Pringle
Well known as one of the best instructors in the industry Richard runs RPCC in Hastings and has hosted mass workouts for Reebok, Spartan Race and many others around the world so we’re thrilled to have him at our weekend. He’s lively, motivating and fun as well as a great instructor. He’ll be your main host over the weekend running sessions on the main stage and also taking the ‘RPCC Fight Club’ classes.
