What is it?


You run 10km and complete 10 exercises along the way - anywhere you want.

All exercises will simulate an Obstacle Race and get you ready for the start line.

Once completed you log your time on Muddy Race to see your rank on the leaderboard.

2. You have 4 weeks to do it as much as you want - only your best score will be recorded.
