Dirty Dozen Races - London South
The ‘Dirty Dozen’ is a 12km obstacle race set in Kent. It will be in the region of 12km, it will include 20 of our very own obstacles plus we’ll cram in as much naturally exciting terrain as we can find (in the case of this venue, some superb ditches, some very deep water and a tank arena)!

What to Expect
The ‘Dirty Dozen’ is a 12k cross country run with 20 military style obstacles. The course and obstacles are designed by ex British Special Forces. The military style obstacles are strategically combined with challenging terrain to test agility, strength and endurance.
What are the obstacles like?
They will be tough but you don’t have to be a superhero to get over/under/through them. They are designed to be challenging but also fun. You can always take a penalty exercise (20 star jumps or press ups) and skulk round the side but the question is, will your friends let you take the easy way?
To give you an idea, there will be the usual suspects like cargo nets to scramble under and climb over, tunnels to crawl though, ropes to wobble across, fire to jump, electricity to negotiate, mud to wade and a lot of water to cross plus a few surprises!
