Superhuman Games is a same sex pairs fitness competition aimed specifically at OCR runners and endurance athletes. You and your team mate will take part in five different challenges throughout the day.

Each challenge will last 20 minutes and range from a 400m Assault Course to Tyre Flips & Burpees to Rowing Intervals and Shuttle Sprints.
