What to Expect
Many runners now want something different to the traditional tarmac or cross-country run and so extreme cross-country was born. At Reaper, an experienced course design team combine a multi-terrain obstacle course, mud run and a trail run of approximately 10k. The result is a full body workout incorporating upper, lower and core body strength with a cardio session.
