What to Expect
The Ironrun is a challenging off-road running event. The wild 12k obstacle course is naturally carved out of 1000 acres of severe Northamptonshire woodland. You will run, crawl, jump, wade and swim through swamps, mud, hills, water and woods. It will test your physical and mental endurance skills to the max. This is adventure running at it’s purest.
Also:
3k Junior Race which will take place on the main course and include 9 of the IronRun obstacles
Time: 8am - 10am
Age: 8 -16yrs
Entry: £15.00 - all runners will receive a medal at the end of the run
