What to Expect
Down & Dirty is a 10K Mud & Obstacle run all about fun. The event is aimed for the beginner whilst still offering a challenge for the more experienced runner. Our obstacles are not compulsory but if you do want to get Down & Dirty you will have plenty of chances with our smelly swap, mud trenches, swamp lake, mud pits and many more surprises along the way. Down & Dirty is all about having fun with your fellow competitors and team mates running around the lovely countryside and getting a bit wet & muddy. To keep the cost down we have designed the course utilising the lands natural resources. We at GRIT events love running and hope you will love running with us!
