History is in the making when you join your like minded ‘Band of Brothers/Sisters’ by tackling this unique and challenging environment
situated on the outskirts of Winchester at the Matterley Bowl.  Alongside the challenging natural environment you will have to tackle The General’s arduous man made obstacles.

The Challenge – Four tests of endurance

  •  10K Battle Zone Entry From £28.00
  • 10K Battle Zone Carrying Rifle* Entry From £32.00
  • **NEW** 20K Battle Zone With Or Without Rifle From £38.00

The Course

The course includes a demanding variety of farm tracks, woodland, valleys, motor cross tracks and even a tank track.  Think that’s enough?  You can do it all again with the 20K course taking in a second lap.  Want to do the Battle Zone with all sixteen obstacles or thirty-two if competing in the 20K?  Another alternative is to take on the Battle Zone carrying an object the length and weight (approx. 5kg) the equivalent of todays British Army’s Rifle.

What will you expect from our obstacles?  As you would expect they will be exciting; you will get barbed wire, water dips, tyre mats, hay bail stacks and even a Chieftain tank to crawl under.  The rest we like to keep under wraps but if you do want to know a few more please take a look at our website www.toughenoughraces.co.uk

10/20K Battle and Rifle finishers will receive a medal, t-shirt and a drink. All participants who complete the 10K cross-country will receive a medal and drink.  With all season parking available this allows our event to go ahead no matter the weather at no cost to you.  The wetter the better as this can only mean one thing, more mud!!  Please bring along brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, friends, lovers and even your Nan to cheer you along.  They are all welcome at no cost and to keep them warm and fed they can enjoy a variety of hot/cold drinks along with delicious homemade cakes.

We support three great charities the Joe Glover Trust, Wessex Cancer and Oxfords Children’s Hospital.  If you require a charity these can support you to reach targets and motivate you, or feel free to run for your chosen charity.

Last years winners are invited back to hold on to their number one spot!  Can you beat them……Tough Enough?
