All our instructors follow our training plan to show you how to get over obstacles quickly and safely. Not only this but we're on a mission to make it fun and rewarding. Whether it to conquer the fear of the wall, complete the monkey bars, getting your head under water or learning how to vault over a wall in one go we'll show you

Cambridge

28th March 2015 at 10am and 1pm - £18 for two hours

In this session we'll focus on the main obstacles, with jumping through mud and water. You'll also get the chance to do some rope climbing and traversing for the more confident racers.

25th April February 2015 at 10am and 1pm for Level 1 and 1pm for Level 2 - £18 for two hours

With Spartan Race season soon we'll carry out some specific training to avoid burpees. Such as spear throwing, carrying, rope climbs and rope traversing.

For this session we'll be going over walls, across monkey bars, carrying and crawling. We'll also be introducing some lake swimming if you feel confident enough.
