What to Expect

A challenging course set in the heart of beautiful Mid Wales. A 4km and 10km course means that the Muddy Mountain is a great challenge for those of any fitness level.

Located just outside Aberystwyth the Muddy Mountain course has everything. 20+ obstacles, a lake, river, mud banks, 2 mud pits and great off course facilities with loos, catering, parking, spectator zones and disabled access.

Spectators are welcome FREE OF CHARGE and all competitors receive a FREE Muddy Mountain running T-shirt, certificate and professional finishing photo.
