What to Expect
Introducing our new training sessions at fixed assault courses around the country, giving you the chance to train with other Muddy Race enthusiasts, get fit and improve your technique on obstacles you will come across at events on our calendar.
Come and train with the best, perfecting your techniques for obstacle races
The training sessions will last for 2 hours which will include:
- A group workout training session
- Have a go on a full scale assault course which include trenches, swing pits, 8 foot walls and more.
- Learn techniques on how to climb walls and complete obstacles safely
- Have fun, Make friends and Get muddy!
The Coaches
You will be trained by the Muddy Race crew – fully qualified Physical Training Instructors and all Obstacle Race athletes with years of experience.
