What to Expect
Come and test your fitness and speed on Natural Fitness Company’s 2km outdoor trail! This session is structured to include a 45 minute introduction. First, we’ll warm up together before you’re let loose on the course to get a feel and understanding of its challenges.
Then you’ll have your opportunity to do the course as fast as you can. You’ll have 45 minutes to clock your best time - that could be your first or your third lap, who knows! Fastest man and fastest woman will win a special medal, but don’t worry - there will be goody bags for all who take part.
Free parking is available on site, and there will be facility for you to leave a bag. Cancellations are non-refundable.
