What to Expect
Come and train with the best trainers for a one of 2 hour training session, to build confidence, have a go at obstacles and learn the right technique.
During the 2 hours you will:
- Warm up as a group including a group training session
- Have a go on a full scale assault course which include trenches, swing pits, climb walls and more.
- Learn techniques on how to climb walls and complete obstacles safely.
- Have fun, make friends and get muddy!
The Coaches
You will be trained by the Muddy Race crew - fully qualified Physical Training Instructors and all Obstacle Race athletes with years of experience.
Where
The training day will be at Plean Country Park, Stirling. Just 30 miles from Glasgow and Edinburgh
