What to Expect
Revolution Corporate Events Limited lauch their new race series for 2015 – It’s A Mud Thing
10k and 5k muddy obstacle course run for all the family. A demanding course throughout the grounds of the famous Staffordshire Theme Park -Drayton Manor, Tamworth, Staffs
You will encounter woodland, water crossings, man made and natural obstacles and of course lots and lots of mud.
The 10k courses is designed for the elite/more experienced runners and will be going off in waves from 12.00pm.
The 5k course is open for all the family to take part so adults and children can run alongside each other (children aged 11-15 yrs).The family run will commence at 9.30am
There is also an Adult only 5k course for participants who are new to obstacle course running or who prefer to run over a shorter distance.
Whichever course you choose we guarantee you will have lots of fun, experience encouragement and motivation from our marshalls and your fellow runners and a great atmosphere at the start/finish line.
TCRFM local radio station will be broadcasting live from the event on the day.
Drayton Manor Theme Park will be reopening for the Easter period on 21st March too so once you’ve completed your run and cleaned off in our hose down area you can continue the adrenalin rush by going on some of the rides. Concessionary rates available in the Drayton Manor Hotel for the Friday or Saturday night also plus camping facilities available on site.
