What to Expect
Many runners now want something different to the traditional tarmac or cross-country run and so extreme cross-country was born. At Reaper, an experienced course design team combine a multi-terrain obstacle course, mud run and a trail run of approximately 10k. The result is a full body workout incorporating upper, lower and core body strength with a cardio session.
Reaper venues are chosen for their challenging terrain and beautiful surroundings. Every ascent, descent, scramble and wet muddy crossing has been chosen to give competitors the ultimate obstacle and mud run experience.
