Spartan Race Super - South London
One up from a Sprint and one down from the Beast. Spartan Super promises 13km and 21 obstacles. This one is for those of you who want a bit more than 5km but perhaps not ready for the Beast yet or just if you love a bit of Spartan Race and need your fix.

What to Expect
Along the way you can expect fire, monkey bars, carrying stuff (bricks, kettle bells), throwing spears, getting over walls, climbing up a rope and anything that they want to throw at you. Be warned this course is hilly and as it is used for the Spartan Beast (20km course) it won’t be an easy ride - but hey don’t let that put you off. Get down and get dirty.
Spartan Junior events are being held at both Sprint and Super events so you really can get the whole family involved!
