After a warm up complete 3 to 5 of the following: 1000m Row 15 Bench Press 25 Box Jumps 30 Sit Ups 10 Pull Ups 20 Kettle Bell Swings 20 Tricep Dips 30 secs- 1 min Plank  

8/01/2014 – Wednesday Workout

Work through 3-5 rounds of these, resting for 2-3 mins at the end of a round. 15 Bench Press 20 Kettle Bell Swings 20 Box Jumps 20 Pull Ups 30-40 Sit Ups 20 Dips 1 min Plank 20 Walkouts
