Fitness Weekend Sessions

Our fitness sessions are based around the main field so you can easily move around to your next session, exercise together and hear the music. This is next to the camping field.

Main Stage

Sessions based around the main stage are focussed directly around the music to workout in time! We all love to workout to the music right? With the instructor on the main stage this is in the centre of the field and are open sessions for all abilities.

Welcome Bootcamp – perfect to warm up and meet others in this interactive session for everyone
Insanity – intermediate
HIIT Tabata – all abilities
Boxercise – all abilities
Yoga – stretch and warm down at the end of the day in this group session on the main stage

Workshops

Our separate workshops will be based away from the music so you can listen to your instructor and great for beginners or those wanting to perfect their techniques.

The Obstacle Course

Our 400m obstacle packed fun course with walls, climbs, monkey bars is based in the field.

Functional Fitness

This area focuses on using your bodyweight and build overall strength. It’s fun as much as it is hard! Our number 1 rated session was our Functional Fitness circuits with tyre flipping, battle ropes, slam balls and all the fun stuff!

Running

We’re lucky to have some forest and a large camp site so if you want to stretch your legs then we’ll have 5km jogs at points over the weekend.
